The full coverage of your premise is not enough for an excellent wireless network. It is fundamental to establish an intelligent system to manage your access points, capable of smooth transitions when devices are moving around your premises.

Normally wireless clients remain connected to one access point until the signal is totally lost. They do not proactively switch to a closer access point with a stronger signal until the original signal is completely lost. This behavior, typical of a standard wireless network, leads to situations where the quality of the signal is extremely poor while moving on a premise.

Many applications will be negatively affected by the behavior described above. A typical example is when someone is moving from one office to another while making an Internet call (using MS Teams, WhatsApp, Telegram, etc). If that someone is passing several offices and floors, the signal could be so poor that the voice quality can be compromised multiple times or the call could even be dropped.

To solve this issue we offer a smart solution efficiently managed by us. The solution is scalable, it can include as many access points as you need. It is capable to recognize when a device is having a bad signal and switching that automatically to an antenna with a better signal.
